A very grand hotel room in the Belle Epoque Hotel Negresco. The dining room is extremely elegant and the food had two Michelin stars at the time of our viist (but one star in 2011). I don't have detailed notes from my meal there but two stars seemed on the generous side to me, even at the time. It was very pleasant indeed, but closer to one star based on the meal that I had there.
